our vendors should be receiving their packets in the mail if they haven't already and inside of those packets you will find a "notecard" that mentions saving the date (time) to enjoy an after fair dinner! unique to the Strawberry Swing we will offer an option for vendors to sign up for a catered dinner once the fair closes.
i have found that after a very long day working my booth at a fair i am so hungry! because we have the property reserved until midnight there isn't any need to rush away....so look forward to relaxing, eating and chatting with all your fellow vendors and new found friends after the fair ends! we will send out the dinner details as soon as they are locked down so you can r.s.v.p.
