Evites

Evites were just created and sent out to each of the vendors.  In addition to the flyers and posters I am having printed and the ad that will be posted in the Pitch, the Evites will be a great addition to our marketing campaign and our most direct option for building excitement, interest and awareness of the event.  I was sure to create the Evite so that you all have the ability to add contacts easily and forward onward and hopefully onward and onward again!  You decide when you think will be the best timing for sending this out to your people and let me know if you have any problems; I'll help as best I can!
